It is a platform setup by Dickson Group to facilitate direct selling and buying of cars between Consumers or with Used Car Dealers.

We take your desired price for the car as basis to price it for sale. This is typically advertised selling prices that you see on other online platforms.

Cars on sale are inspected and findings will be shown to potential Buyers, including the scope of work for any needed reconditioning or repair. All works will be undertaken by Dickson Group's own service and repair facilities to ensure they are carried out as required.

We enforce a strict transparency policy. A purchase price offer by a potential Buyer will be communicated to the Seller as it is and fees associated with the sale will be specified and agreed upfront. Meaning, no hidden profits. Re-conditioning work will also be done as informed to the Buyer. Our service support continues after your car purchase. This ranges from insurance renewals, servicing to claims, body repair and spray painting, and more.

If it is proven that DMP profited from the sale of a car by understating the purchase offer price to the Seller, SGD5,000 will be paid to the Seller. [T&C apply]

Simply contact us to get a valuation and inspection done on your car, and consign it for sale after that. We will then list your car on our online portal and look for Buyers on your behalf. During this time, you can continue using the car.

When you see a car(s) listed on the DMP portal [https://dicksonmarketplace.com] that suits your need, you can drop us a message via it's “Contact Us” page to inform on the car(s) you are interested in. Alternatively, you can Watsapps or contact us at 93390923. We will then assign a Liaison Officer to guide and serve you throughout the entire purchase journey.

We offer warranty on material and workmanship for re-conditioning and repair work carried out by Dickson Group. An Extended Warranty program is also available as optional cover for eligible range of cars. [T&C apply]

Contracts are signed by both parties to formalise a deal. A fee is applicable to the party who backs out after that, and 50% of this fee will be shared with the other party. E.g. if Seller backs out, share will be to Buyer, and vice versa. [T&C apply]

Dickson Group offer an Auction service where cars are bidded by a network of dealers. Other than faster sale, there are also opportunities for cars to be sold higher than their market value (based on dealers buying price). We will provide a guide on market value and work with Sellers to set reserve prices in this case.
